People Puzzle Solutions APAC was born from over 25 years of hands-on HR leadership experience across the Asia-Pacific region. Our founder, Fiona Hon, has led HR functions for multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, huge private conglomerates and partnered with fast-growing SMEs and start-ups in industries including logistics, retail, manufacturing, logistics, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs), engineering & construction.
Fiona has partnered with founders, C-suites, and boards to navigate complex people challenges — from opening new markets in China, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia, to driving HR digital transformation with systems like Workday, SAP, to leading large-scale workforce planning, talent development, and organisational change initiatives. Her expertise in APAC labour law, HR compliance, and high-volume operations gives businesses peace of mind and a clear path forward.
With this depth of experience, Fiona founded People Puzzle Solutions APAC to solve one of the biggest challenges businesses face: turning HR from a reactive function into a strategic enabler of growth.
